plamo4.2で総計処理ソフトRをコンパイルして使っていました。plamo4.7にしたら以下のようにconfigureで弾かれます。Rの過去のバージョンでも同様です。

　02_x11 + gfortran-4.5.3-x86_64-P3.txzの状態なので~

- 有難うございました。4.7のcontribに gcc_fortran-4.3.5-i586-P1.tgz　があったので先にこれと入れ替えてみたら正常にconfigureでき、make、make install もOK、Rもしっかり作動しました。おかげさまで助かりました。Plamo5.0もいずれインストールしてみます。 -- [[nob]] &new{2011-08-12 (金) 13:28:13};
- 手元のPlamo-5.0な環境だと問題なくビルドできましたよ >  Plamo-test/for-5.0/x86_64/R-2.13.1-x86_64-P1.txz -- [[kojima]] &new{2011-08-14 (日) 10:28:42};
